Your New Patient Endodontic Visit
Prior to your appointment, all new patients can complete registration through our secure patient portal from the convenience of their home using a laptop or smartphone. A secure access link will be sent by text message or email after your first appointment is scheduled with us.
Your Consultation
During your first visit, our team will review your medical and dental history, perform any necessary imaging, and discuss your diagnosis and treatment options in detail. We take time to answer your questions and ensure you feel informed and at ease before beginning any procedure.
Your Treatment Plan
In many cases, treatment may be completed on the same day as your consultation. However, if your medical history or treatment needs are more complex, a separate evaluation may be required and treatment will be scheduled for a later date.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
Please bring the following to your consultation appointment:
1- Your referral slip and any recent X-rays, if available
2- A valid driver's license and insurance card
3- A current list of medications you are taking
4- Any required medical or dental insurance forms, if applicable, to help us process claims efficiently

Important Information to Know
A little preparation before your visit goes a long way toward making your appointment smooth and comfortable. Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the consultation visit.
Please inform our office in advance if you have any medical conditions that may affect your care, including diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joint replacements, rheumatic fever, or other significant health concerns.
Let us know if you are taking medications such as heart medications, aspirin, or blood thinners, or if you require antibiotics prior to dental procedures.
